Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original reusable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the delivery note is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
